Shipping Info

The Synthesis Midi Workshop strives to deliver you world-class customer service. Shipping your order in a timely fashion is very high on our priority list. All orders are processed within 24 hours. Your order will be shipped within three days of being placed and we strive for same day or next day shipping. Unless a product is backordered, expect to see it arrive from us quickly.We use UPS or USPS for shipping. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be entered on Monday. The Synthesis Midi Workshop is closed all major holidays, occasionally Fridays, after heavy snowfall in the mountains or when the wind exceeds 25 knots. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

UPS Ground (3-5 Business Days)
UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Average delivery time is 4-6 business days depending where you live. UPS Ground is not guaranteed to arrive within this allotted time.

Expedited Shipping:
We offer expedited shipping for those who need it. Simply select your expedited shipping choice during check out.

UPS Next Day Air (Next Day Delivery by Day End)
Guaranteed delivery by 4:30 to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is offered. Shipments to residential locations within the Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day.

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

UPS 3 Day Select (Within 3 business days)
Guaranteed delivery within three days to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
